1. PRODUCT SOURCING
Orvello sources all products from trusted third-party manufacturers and suppliers.

2. PRODUCT IMAGERY & REPRESENTATION
All product images displayed on orvello.in are for showcasing and representational purposes only. While we make every effort to accurately represent our products, the actual product may differ slightly from the images shown — including minor variations in finishing, texture, colour tone, or appearance. These differences do not constitute a defect and are a natural result of handcrafted or batch manufacturing processes. The core design and quality of the product will remain consistent with what is shown.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed at the time of order placement.

4. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed no cancellations allowed

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days pan-India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Orvello is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 7-day exchange policy on unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds unless the product received is fundamentally different from what was ordered or is damaged upon arrival. To initiate an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with unboxing evidence.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on orvello.in including images, logos, product descriptions, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Orvello and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Orvello shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
